One Year

Today is a big day for us. It marks 365 days we have lived in SE Asia! One year. How quickly this past year has gone, and it has been filled with unexpected events – some surprising, others challengingly difficult, and others delightful. Here’s a look at the ups and downs of this past year:
  • Arriving safely from our home in Fayetteville to a place over 10,000 miles away!

  • Learning and communicating in a new language

  • Making new friends!

  • Celebrating our daughter's 1st birthday!

  • Moving 3 times to two different islands

  • Anna contracting malaria

  • Celebrating 3 years of marital bliss

  • Exploring a country filled with beauty and ready smiles
