Recently a few people have grown convinced that we live in a tropical paradise with the beach and stunning palm trees just right outside our front door. Actually, given the recent pictures on our blog, it us understandable where that idea came from. So I wanted everyone to have a bit better look at what our daily life looks like in this 3rd world country we call home!
* All homes have walls surrounding them, and this is the courtyard right outside our front door, where our laundry dries, where Anna plays, and the altars where our landlords offer occasional offerings to their deities
* My immediate view as I walk outside our driveway -- houses are very, very close.
